All orders must include a valid e-mail address that can be used for communication regarding your order. An order confirmation will be automatically generated when your order payment is successfully processed.

The prices that appear on this web site are quoted in Australian dollars and are valid and effective only in Australia. The price will include the GST. Pricing can change dependent on the availability and pricing of raw ingredients.

Premax aims to have the products dispatched within 1 week of your order. Premax delivers Australia wide. Please contact Premax via email for international orders. Delivery timings will differ depending on delivery location.

terms and conditions > loss or damage in transit

Premax is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event once the product has been dispatched.

terms and conditions > exclusion of negligence

Premax is not liable to the buyer in contract or in tort arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to: (a) the performance of the product; (b) any fact, matter or thing relating to the products; or (c) any error in information supplied to the buyer or a user at or after the date of the purchaser's or user's use of the product.

Incorrect choice or unwanted products will also be refunded within 30 days if returned in the same packaging and is not damaged. If you have changed your mind about your on-line purchase, all return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. Premax reserves the right to reject a return from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive returns.

Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order has been dispatched. You can cancel your order by e-mailing info@premax.com.au. We can only cancel orders that have not been dispatched or ordered/created. If you have submitted an order in error or changed your mind after your order is in the shipping process, we accept returns (see details above).
